Frank as the Joker

Frank asked me to paint a portrait of him. He had already showed me his extensive Batman collection. Frank always has a joke to hand and I asked him if he identified with the joker? He did and we agreed on my favourite joker - Jack Nicholson. When I went to deliver the painting most of his family were there - quite an experience - but it passed muster!

This is one of the Artist Embelished prints of the University Cafe. Pam sent me a photo of her to be included. She is quite small in the print but can clearly be seen sipping tea.
